Homemade Lyte Drink

Let’s remember, water is amazing and very hydrating, but also dilutes our blood sodium levels (which is a mineral). And minerals (also being calcium, magnesium, chloride, phosphorus) truly are the powerhouse of cell balance and stability.


Do you feel dehydrated?

Are you pregnant?

On a diuretic?

Let’s get your hydration back on track:

1/4 cup lime juice

1/4 cup lemon juice

1 Tbsp magnesium powder (I use Calm brand)

2 cups cold water

1/8 tsp salt

1/4 tsp real honey (as desired -trust me the sugar isn’t necessary for the average individual, unless you’re running marathons and working out extensively everyday)
