Jordan Hostetler, RD, LDN


Jordan is a North Carolina Licensed, Registered Dietitian. She has been practicing nutrition for five years while recently completing a 13-month Functional Nutrition Practitioner Certification. She has on-going goals to help individuals become more mindful of their health while strengthening each pillar of life. Jordan pairs evidence-based research and functional testing (as needed) with supportive interventions to help women improve their health. She prides herself on her positive outlook and passion for emotional and physical healing. 


When Jordan is not seeing clients she works as the Dietitian for a holistic wellness center that specialize in therapy around food. She loves creating nutrition content, hiking with her dog Millie, and traveling any chance she can get!


1:1 3+ Month Membership

Change doesn't happen over night, so it is going to take a bit to get everything back on track, which is why I typically see clients 1:1 for at least three months (pricing below -saves $98 compared to monthly rate). After hearing your story and reading your intake form, we dive deep into mindset, nutrition, movement, stress and sleep.


From here, we work our way into supplementation and potential need for testing with analysis and interventions. During these three months you will receive many tools to add to your individualized tool kit in order to strive on your own in the future. The goal isn't to need me forever, it is to learn, grow and feel amazing in your body mentally and physically, and take what you learn with me and apply it day to day without hesitation. 


During this three month membership we will have three monthly meetings via Zoom reviewing your extensive health history and intake form; Build an individualized protocol including a comprehensive, personalized diet and stress management, lifestyle and supplement recommendations; Functional lab testing with analysis (for additional cost) as needed; Follow-up emails; & Weekly check-in minimums.

Lab Test Analysis


I review and analyze labs for clients. Anywhere from food intolerance tests to wheat and gut zoomers to DUTCH test and standard thyroid/diabetes/CVD panels.


I always recommend and encourage clients working with me for at least three months under my membership, so I can get an accurate depiction and overview of their symptoms and lifestyle. This makes it much easier to help analyze labs an provide interventions!
